Dynojet Tuning
Dynojet’s inertia dynamometer (dyno) is a measuring device for recording and
displaying power and torque of an engine. The model 250i we have here in our workshop has
an integral Air/Fuel ratio module for advanced real time diagnostics an automated atmospheric condition monitor for accurate and repeatable CFvalues and an air brake system
Firstly we start by discussing in depth your engine and carburation set up, Jet Tech Pro software is used to enable a bench mark based on supplied data such as venturi diameter, jet/needle type etc.
We then perform typically 4 -5 runs based on RO ( roll on ) and AG ( all gears ) to build an accurate picture of your engines performance all with air / fuel ratio, other runs such as FA ( Fast acceleration ) and NG ( Negative Horsepower ) can be performed if required.
The costs of tuning on the dyno can vary depending on what you you want to achieve, we charge a flat rate of £45.00 per hour and include the workshop facilities to make any adjustments between runs, please allow 1 -2 hours for the testing and analysis.
